Do I need to provide water or electricity?No. We’re fully self-contained. Our detailing setup includes onboard water tanks and generators so we can deliver a premium clean anywhere — no hookups needed. Enjoy the convenience of our mobile service without any hassle.

What are your pricing and payment options?Our pricing is listed on our booking page and varies by package, vehicle type, and add-ons. We accept all major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and cash or contactless options. You'll receive a clear price breakdown before we begin. We also offer offline payment options for your convenience.

How long does a typical detail take?At Alchemy Detailing, we typically book one client per day to ensure every vehicle meets our high standards before we leave. A full detail usually takes between 2 to 4 hours. Larger vehicles or those in heavily soiled condition may require additional time. If you need your vehicle back by a specific time, just let us know in advance. We’ll do our best to work within your schedule or, if needed, arrange to reschedule or return later to complete the job properly. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Do you offer memberships or recurring service plans?We’re currently working on a membership program for our regular clients. In the meantime, ask us about custom maintenance schedules or loyalty discounts — perfect for keeping your ride sharp year-round. Stay tuned for updates on our website.

What happens if it rains or the weather is bad?For light rain, we may still proceed depending on the service. For heavy weather, we’ll reschedule at no extra cost. We prioritize quality and safety — if conditions aren’t right, we’ll find a better time. Your satisfaction and the quality of our service are our top priorities.

What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. We require a deposit at the time of booking to secure your appointment slot. If you need to reschedule, your deposit will carry over to your new appointment date. If you cancel entirely, the deposit is non-refundable. This policy helps us reduce last-minute cancellations and keep our schedule available for serious bookings. We appreciate your understanding and commitment when booking with us.

Can I book online, and how far in advance should I schedule?Yes, booking is quick and easy on our website. Most clients book 2–5 days in advance. Same-day or next-day appointments may be available depending on the area. Visit our booking page to secure your spot.

Are you insured?Yes. Alchemy Detailing is fully registered and insured to protect you and your vehicle. Your car is in expert hands.

Do you offer mobile services, and what areas do you cover?Yes! We are a fully mobile service — we come to your home, office, or location of choice. We currently serve the Hamilton/Burlington/Oakville to Waterloo Region and everywhere in between. Not sure if you’re in our zone? Just contact us.

Do I need to be present during the service?Not necessarily. As long as we have access to your vehicle and clear instructions, we can take care of the rest. If you're not home, just ensure the car is unlocked or keys are accessible.
