At Alchemy Detailing, we typically book one client per day to ensure every vehicle meets our high standards before we leave.
 • A full detail usually takes between 2 to 4 hours.
 • Larger vehicles or those in heavily soiled condition may require additional time.
If you need your vehicle back by a specific time, just let us know in advance. We’ll do our best to work within your schedule or, if needed, arrange to reschedule or return later to complete the job properly. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Do you offer membership or recurring service plans?

For light rain, we may still proceed depending on the service. For heavy weather, we'll reschedule at no extra cost. We prioritize quality and safety, so if conditions aren't right, we'll find a better time. Your satisfaction is our top priority.

What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. 
We require a deposit at the time of booking to secure your appointment slot.
 • If you need to reschedule, your deposit will carry over to your new appointment date.
 • If you cancel entirely, the deposit is non-refundable.
This policy helps us reduce last-minute cancellations and keep our schedule available for serious bookings. We appreciate your understanding and commitment when booking with us.
